We only ship livestock and plants Monday – Wednesday. All other products can be shipped Monday – Friday. To ensure livestock does not sit in the couriers warehouse over the weekend.

Returns

Non-livestock items are returnable within 7 days upon purchasing. If the item is found to be in working condition, the client will be liable to cover ALL shipping fees. If items is faulty, a full refund or replacement will take place and shipping will be covered by Aqua Atlantis.

The DOOA Circulation Fan 40 is a compact fan for air circulation and ventilation in paludariums. It was specifically designed for integration into the System Paluda series developed and can be mounted on the intended opening (ø40) both from the inside and from the outside. Depending on the installation direction, it enables targeted control of the air flow – either to supply fresh air or to exhaust air. This allows humidity and air movement to be optimally adapted to the needs of moisture-loving plants.

Adequate air circulation and good gas exchange is an important prerequisite for optimal growth for all land plants, and in the case of tropical sitter plants such as epiphytic orchids, care should also be taken to avoid waterlogging caused by condensing moisture from the air, which is also avoided by good ventilation. In order to give these plants optimal growing conditions, the Circulation Fan 40 was developed.

In combination with a nebulizer like the DOOA Mistflow the continuous revolution can create a humid, fog-shrouded climate like in natural mountain cloud forests. The fan is splash-proof and therefore also suitable for permanently humid environments. The airflow strength can be regulated in three stages, which enables flexible adaptation to different conditions. A functional complement for a stable microclimate in the paludarium.

The small fan is installed directly into the installation hole (diameter 40 mm) on the side of the aquarium tank. It can be installed both from the outside and from the inside. The Circulation Fan is splash-proof and suitable for operation in a humid environment.

RETURNS:
We don’t accept any returns on livestock. (PLANTS,AQUATIC, ANIMALS)

Non-livestock items are returnable within 7 days upon purchasing. If the item is found to be in working condition, the client will be liable to cover ALL shipping fees. If items is faulty, a full refund or replacement will take place and shipping will be covered by Aqua Atlantis .
Returns after 7 days will be subject to a handeling fee of 10% and the client will remain responsible for for shipping.
Waranty claims: Items will be collected from the client or brought back to Aqua Atlantis and sent directly to the suppliers. If the item is found to be in working condition, the client will be liable for ALL shipping fees. If the item/product is faulty, a replacement unit will be sent to the client.
We will not accept any returns on any products that are not to the buyers liking after 7 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the customer for whatever reason we see necessary.

Shipping Charges:

The Courier Guy (R120 – R500) – Depending on what you order. If there are additional shipping charges, this will be communicated to you after you have placed your order.

We can Ship dry goods such as: hardscape, soils, gravels, nano tanks, filtration etc, using the locker to locker pudo service for only R80.
Local Collections (cape town)- free.
If you select courier at checkout that is not overnight/priority shipping for plants Aqua Atlantis will not be held liable for any losses that may occur.
We will ONLY Ship aquaticanimals using the express Shipping method.

If the courier takes longer than 24 hours to deliver, we unfortunately can’t take responsibility for any losses.
